The Melbourne Showgrounds has excellent transportation access.

Car Access & parking
The Melbourne Showgrounds are 15 minutes from the city via Flemington and Racecourse Roads, or off CityLink at Racecourse Roads.
It is located 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport via car or taxi along the Tullamarine Freeway and CityLink, and approx 10 minutes from the Eastern Freeway.

On-site parking is available next to the hall, and will be managed by the Royal Agricultural Society.

If you drive in in your Mini, you may even get parking right next to the front door!

Tram Access
- Trains run regularly thougout Melbourne, and
- Tram number 57 leaves Elizabeth Street, Melbourne and travels along Epsom Road to the Main Gates. To enquire about train and tram services to the Melbourne Showgrounds, please contact the Department of Infrastructure at www.doi.vic.gov.au

Train Access
Melbourne Showgrounds Stations will not be operational during Minishow 2008. Newmarket Station on the Craigieburn/Upfield line will allow for boarding of the Number 57 tram service, which will travel along Epsom Road.

Boat Access
Boat access via the Maribyrnong River complements other forms of transport, but seriously, the water will be cold in July, so probably best not to come to Minishow 2008 via Boat.
